The taxi company claimed it was busy and was half an hour late and when the driver came he spoke on the mobile phone instead of helping me with the luggage and even attempted to lure in some additional customers from the lobby ignoring the fact that he was delaying me even further. Not to mention the taxi was shabby and the driver annoyingly slavish and apologetic. In short, if you ever want a taxi at this hotel, beware.

Except for the parking it was fine. That was really troublesome. Hated parking basically right in front of main door. No close restaurants but close enough. Somewhat difficult to find late at night. No pool but not the right area for it anyway.
Room was great, staff pleasant.
Not enough parking spaces for one vehicle each. Some work type trucks took two spaces. No other close parking available.

Yes, I would recommend the Comfort Inn in Watsonville, California to my family and friends. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a quiet hotel. Check-in and check-out is easy. The complimentary breakfast is good and has a variety of food choices. The guest rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable and have lots of pillows. Bathrooms are nice and have automatic night lights. There are samples of lotion, shampoo and conditioner provided. Another benefit of this hotel is your pet can stay with you. There are a few restaurants close by. There are many attractions in the area. Parking is conveniently outside of this Comfort Inn.
