The 138-room Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa is across the street from historic Railroad Square and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is within walking distance of downtown and a short drive to the Sonoma County wineries. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are four meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 150 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include four golf courses, the Santa Rosa Plaza Shopping Center, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts, Kendall-Jackson Wine Center, Charles M. Schulz Museum, Redwood Empire Ice Arena, Snoopy's Gallery and Gift Shop, Sonoma County Fairgrounds, Lake Sonoma Recreation Area and the Russian River Valley.

The quiet location and a team of friendly and efficient employees were two items that impressed many visitors to this Courtyard. Those here to tour the wine country said the hotel was an ideal base and it was great to return here to relax in the swimming pool and whirlpool after a day of sightseeing. From Oakland Airport (OAK) 67 miles: Follow airport exit to I-880 North approximately 10 miles to I-80/I-580 in the direction of San Francisco/Berkeley. Follow I-580 toward Berkeley and then toward the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge as I-580 splits from I-80. Cross the Richmond bridge and take I-580 to Take US HWY 101 North. Take US HWY 101 North. Take the Highway 12 Exit West towards Sebastopol. Take the Dutton Avenue Exit. At the bottom of the ramp turn right. Turn right on 3rd Street. Turn right on Railroad Street.
