The 138-room Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa is across the street from historic Railroad Square and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is within walking distance of downtown and a short drive to the Sonoma County wineries. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are four meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 150 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include four golf courses, the Santa Rosa Plaza Shopping Center, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts, Kendall-Jackson Wine Center, Charles M. The quiet location and a team of friendly and efficient employees were two items that impressed many visitors to this Courtyard. Those here to tour the wine country said the hotel was an ideal base and it was great to return here to relax in the swimming pool and whirlpool after a day of sightseeing. Most guests said they would use this hotel again if they returned to Santa Rosa and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
