The check-in and out was quick and painless no hidden fees. The room was super spacious and the bed was perfectly comfortable! And the breakfast items were fresh and delicious. I just wish we'd arrived at the hotel earlier than 8 pm.

Loved the spacious room and fresh breakfast!

The ice machine was too far away and nearby restaurant closed by 8pm.

Very clean, quite luxurious for a 2.5 star moderate. Full and wonderful breakfast. Had all the amenities you would expect plus more.

It was clean and I thought just as good as a 3 star I previously stayed in.

I really have no complaints.

Best Western Big America offers convenient jumping point for all sorts of leisure travelers, but particularly outdoors people. As the property is located off Highway 101, visitors can reach an assortment of outdoor excursions with ease, including the Guadalupe/Nipomo Dunes Reserve and Pismo Beach. Golf entusiasts can head to Blacklake Golf Course and The Dunes Golf Course. Nice location on the way to Santa Maria. This hotel oozes relaxation.This property common areas feature great details including chandeliers and piano putting together a cozy and elegant ambience. The staff working at this hotel is very friendly and is more than willing to give a lending hand, make the guests feel welcomed. Rooms feature excellent beds which will please the pickiest sleepers, bedding and top notch appointments. Great value for the price.
