This is a very old hotel, but they have done a good job maintaining it. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were good. Linens were exceptionally clean as were the rooms and bathroom. I would stay there again the next time I'm looking for somewhere to sleep.

The young man at the front desk gave us excellent advice about the area so we had no problems getting around. The room was nice and included a refrigerator and small coffee maker with everything to make coffee or tea. We really liked having the wireless internet service since we brought a laptop. The location was great and the landscaping and motel exterior was delightful.
Front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. Trees and plants gave it a very relaxing atmosphere.
Not very much counter space in bathroom.

Do not expect any frills but do expect a fine crew of friendly folk to welcome you and take good care of you. That’s the view of numerous travelers who stayed at this Quality Inn and were impressed with the reasonable prices and adequate accommodation. The location was good, just a mile from Santa Cruz’s famed boardwalk, and within walking distance of good restaurants. Several families said the property made an ideal base for a fun vacation.
