The staff, particularly the young lady at the check-in/out counter, was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the services, not only at the motel, but also the local restaurants and Theme Park.
It was incredibly easy to locate.
The drapes in the 4th floor rooms did not close all they way.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had big fluffy towels and the bed had three pillows. There were two more pillows in the closet. The shower was the best I have ever had in any economy hotel. Quiet and relaxing and I finally could get the temperature just right! No cold rushes! I like that there was a refrigerator. Very good if on vacation or on a budget.
I liked the toiletries, coffee machine, refrigerator and the shower was nice, quiet and a good temperature.
Check in time was three PM and my room was not ready until four fifteen PM.

This Avatar hotel was a Holiday Inn. Now it has been rebranded and renovated it earns great reviews from visitors to Silicon Valley. Many travelers rate at the best place to stay in the area. The rooms are very comfortable, spacous and spotlessly clean. There were good reviews too for the professional and friendly team of employees who worked hard to insure everyone had an enjoyable stay.
