Located on Calle Real, lots of shopping and dining available. Within walking distance to LDS church on Cambridge. Clean, friendly staff, and easy parking.

Easy access from airport, great location.

Would prefer queen beds instead of double.

Staff was very helpful, generous and considerate. We loved that the AC-heater was controlled digitally and kept our room's climate perfectly comfortable throughout our 4 night-5 day stay. Though their breakfast is the average buffet, even at 9:30 the food was kept tender and warm - not stale, dry & warm like other buffets.

Personal digital control of AC and heat is a super plus! Our room climate was excellent throughout our entire stay!

There are no elevators and half of our closet is blocked by the sink.

Room was small but nicely furnished and very clean. We enjoyed being on the inner courtyard facing the pool. The pool is large and inviting but no spa is available. My teenagers had the buffet brunch in the hotel restaurant and said it was very good. I have a son at University of California at Santa Barbara so the location was very convenient to the campus, with many choices of restaurants, grocery store and drug store close by. There is convenient access to the freeway. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is a great hotel with lots of space and a real California feeling about the property. That is the view of several visitors to Santa Barbara who stayed at this Holiday Inn and said the rooms were spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. The outdoor pool and al fresco bar were popular places to relax after a tiring day of traveling or sightseeing. Most guests said they cannot wait to return here and plan to recommend the hotel to family and friends.
