The hotel and service was excellent! We were there for a business weekend and everything was wonderful. The rooms were being remodeled, so there was no info on area activities, restaurants, etc. We relied on recommendations from Front Desk people and they were very accomodating and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was heavenly, especialy after our cross country trip from NY that day. Limo service was also friendly, knowledgable and reasonably priced.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was wonderful - gave us door to door directions from MapQuest and recommendations on sights to see. The rooms were clean and very comfortable! I loved having a balcony. The hot tub was WONDERFUL (they are getting ready to retile - this week I believe). Pool was nice as well. Did not eat at the hotel, but coffee was always fresh and available all day. Also, conveniently close to South Coast Plaza, which is a MUST see for all travelers visiting this area. The hotel is a great value!

The hotel was very clean. However, there are a lot of sketchy people who stay there. The walls are paper thin. The hotel is in this weird strip mall type business area. I was so scared - I checked into a different hotel right after I checked in. I don't recommend this place to women travelinng alone.

Everytime our family ventures out to CA, we stay here and have never had a problem. The rooms are always clean, the pool is nice and spa excellent. Staff is courteous and location puts you right in between CA parks and beaches.

The location is convenient if you are going to California to do Disney and Newport Beach. Right near the 405, 55, and 5, midway between the Beach and Anaheim. Staff was friendly and actually KNEW the best way to Staples center... a good 30 minutes + away.

Despite the rain, I had a pleasant stay in a spacious, clean, and quiet room overlooking a lovely pool. Free internet and passes to the Ballys gym too, just three miles drive. Relax and save your money!
