Excellent business hotel. Restaurants and mini-mart closeby. Convenient and clean. My only complaint was freeway noise, so if you would be bothered by it, ask for the other side of the hotel. Overall, a very good experience.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The free local newspaper was nice. Would have liked to have a continental breakfast as part of the room package. The breakfast buffet was pricey for the food offered.

The staff was generally very helpful.

The room I stayed in was noisy from the traffic, even on a Sunday.

I was pleased to stay in such a nice hotel for the price I paid. Access to and from the freeway was easy. The staff accommodated me in storing my bicycle in one of the conference rooms during my stay. They were very prompt when I asked for anything. Everything was great about this hotel except the bed needed a nova foam topper.

The room was spacious, I had internet access, hot water for tea and the staff was very nice.

I asked to have a two bed room but was denied. The bed was too hard and bothered my back. I had to move to the pull out sofa.

I would definitely recommend the Courtyard by Marriott San Ramon. Online reviewers had plenty of good things to say about this location. Guests though they received an excellent value for their dollar and were extremely happy with the level of hospitality and service given by the staff. Guests felt welcome and cared for. Guests also enjoyed the fact that they were so close to the local attractions and were glad to have so many dining options in such a close proximity. Guests also enjoyed the hotel's breakfast offerings and the free internet access (not advertised)
