Although the hotel exhibits an inviting design and beautiful landscaping that give the impression of a summer getaway, this hotel aims to accommodate leisure travelers and busy bodies alike with a variety of time saving services and accommodating amenities. Its location makes it an ideal stopover for visitors conducting business in the Expo Center as well as vacationers and air travelers who can take advantage of a free 24-hour shuttle service. Each morning guests can begin their days by digging into a free continental breakfast while reading a complimentary newspaper or accessing high-speed internet wirelessly.

To begin with, the front desk people are undertrained and make checking in a long process. The accommodations provided are very basically set up and feature outdated furniture and bedspreads. Cleanliness also leaves much to be desired as the carpeting is filthy and towels are far from white. As for the fitness area, it offers very old and questionable equipment.
