Best Western Lanai Garden Inn & Suites in San Jose California

What an utter dissapointment. halls dark and eventho rugs look new,dirty and not vacummed. Room so noisy I had to keep tv on all night. Right at the 101 on ramp-VROOOM all night long. Coffe pot never cleaned,grounds left.n a really ethnic area, had trouble finding anything written in english-this should be advised when booking.If I hadn't paid in advance I would have been out after night one!!
