Had to get new card keys about every other day over a 10 day stay. That was annoying, especially late at night with tired or sleeping kids. Otherwise, hotel was great.

The hotel rooms were clean and nice. Fully equip kitchen helped out wonderfully for children of all ages and the fact that you can cook in the hotel room makes cost of dining reasonable. Wonderful rate supplied by hotelsbycity.com website and staff. Will book other vacations and rooms/suites from this web site before going any where else. Pricing was lowest compared to all others and was able to accommodate me and my family on a busy holiday weekend. I highly recommend using this website and their services.
