Great place for business travelers. Room is very accomodating for working if need be. Great staff, free parking. We really like the place especially for the Priceline price! I would reccomend this for business folks in particular and it is so close to downtown and the airport.Len hirschi

The staff went out of there way to help us obtain our online tickets. Very helpful, very friendly.

The hallway where our room was must have had something going on there were tables set up along the walls.

Nice hotel but they nickel and dime you for everything. $12 to park, they charge for internet and phone calls and no free coffee in the lobby. I'd rather stay in a Hampton Inn and get everything free including breakfast.

Near airport in San Jose. - 5 minutes drive.

Fees for parking. All other hotels in area are free parking.

This 4 Diamond AAA property, located in excellent location, welcomes your four-legged companions. Many guests were happy with everything and would not mind staying at the hotel again. They appreciated professional and gracious staff, big well-appointed rooms with comfy beds, excellent food, nice views, outdoor pool, courtesy shuttle, warm chocolate chip cookies, complimentary facilities at executive level and proximity to airport. However, most of them griped about parking and computer fee. Some of visitors were disappointed with poor service, lobby remodeling in progress, dated décor, freeway and party noise, odor of cleaning products in the rooms, malfunctioning tubs and sinks and poorly maintained bathrooms.
