The hotel was great! This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far. If I had my way I'd always want to stay here. Good location.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in for this price. Don't even think about staying anywhere else when you are in San Jose. Great front desk staff, clean room, comfortable bed, doesn't miss their breakfast - very nice as well. For the price this place can't be beat.

This place is very comfortable. Easy access to expressway or to the metro. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are comfy. I'm glad I found this place and would stay again.
The staff was friendly and the bed was comfy.
My key stopped working.

This pet-friendly conveniently located hotel has everything for an enjoyable stay. Most of the guests were impressed with quiet clean comfy spacious sleeping rooms, complimentary breakfast and Internet, hot tub, pool and service. It was worth the money spent. However, a few visitors grumbled about small bathrooms with dirty plastic bath tubs, mal-functioning flush, price, poor service, smelly rooms and non-functioning Internet.
