At a first glance the hotel room is very impressive, however when I stepped out onto the back Patio I found that the Patio furniture was not kept clean like the rest of the room. When the time came to get ready for bed all was good till I realized just how very small the pillows were. They were not even standard. Instead of four small pillows two king size pillows on a king size bed for a king size man are more appropriate. Aside from that the rest of the hotel far exceeded my expectations.

Guest reviews are somewhat mixed, but lean toward a positive experience. In 2006, this hotel changed from a Hyatt with problems to a Holiday Inn. They did some renovations but areas of the hotel still seem a bit outdated. The fitness room had maintenance problems, and rooms have a tendancy to carry a musty smell. However, their shuttle and their internet connections are reliable, they offer the convenience of being very close to the airport, having a car rental company on-site and offering complimentary parking to registered guests. They also offer pet lodging, and rooms near the pool and courtyard areas are said to have spectacular views.
