first room fell apart, and one of four reservations was lost, but staff corrected the problems quickly and unpgraded the rooms. The decor was typical for the price, and the suites were not much different from the standard rooms
why ? - posted on 02/08/2007
1) Having booked and payd months before, considering the relatively long stay, I should have deserved the largest room on the 3rd floor, not the smallest. 2) One night I finished to work at 10pm and the restaurant was closed. If it was not for the bright lady waiter, I would have had to heat in the icy cold bar. 3) Europeans like to open fully the windows. Otherwise OK.
A business class hotel - posted on 12/12/2006
I like this hotel. Much more than I expected for an airport property. The service was outstanding from the front desk to their housekeeping staff.
Well managed - posted on 09/10/2006
We were quite pleased with the service and rooms at this hotel. The location was perfect for us to visit all nearby sites, especially Santana Row, and was very convenient to the airport. We would definitely use this facility again
Not Bad - posted on 09/07/2006
The hotel was very nice, and clean. The only problem we has was our air conditioner breaking. The hotel resturant was nice and the service was "okay".
King means double in California - posted on 08/29/2006
We booked a room with a king bed. They gave us a room that had a double bed. When I called the front desk, they told me that was their king bed in California. (And no, it was not a "California king") When I told them to show me another room and prove that California had a king size bed that looked like a double, they gave us a new room without apologizing for their arrogance. Voila! Our new room had a king size bed, the real kind.... They have very poor customer service in the front desk and the operator. The nicest people there were the cleaning lady and the waiters in the restaurant...
Quiet Near Airport - posted on 08/03/2006
It was surprising that the hotel was quite quiet dispit being near the airport. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions and directions. The restaurant in the hotel was overall good, but the meat dishes were overly marinated-quite salty.
Ok for location, not a typical Wyndham - posted on 07/26/2006
I checked in around midnight and there was only one person working, so I had to wait about 20 minutes in line before check-in. The rooms were in fair condition, but the halls and general conditions were uncharacteristic for a Wyndham. Not a super visit, but good for location and price.

We had a horrible experience. The guy at the front desk was rude... the room looked like it was being taken apart (i.e. art work on wall taken down- but the screws and holes were showing, light switch didn't work, mirror in the bathroom was half black at the bottom...) I thought Wyndham Hotels were supposed to be nice. Aside from the size of the hotel, and the impressive lobby, I could've sworn I was staying in a motel... not worth the price you pay.
Fine for just one night - posted on 12/15/2005
I was disappointed with this room. The 1 dbl. bed room is TINY and no tub! I was looking forward to a nice hot soak tonight! Definately overpriced for the lack of quality you get. Not the place to stay for more than one night!
Nice Rooms - posted on 12/13/2005
Front Desk Staff was outstanding! Rooms were clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent service - posted on 11/10/2005
I thought this hotel has the nicest staff. From every point in the hotel from housekeeping to the front desk I was greeted with a smile and promptness.
A great value - posted on 07/19/2005
I thought this hotel was wonderful. The newly remodeled guests rooms were outstanding. The staff is friendly than any I've experienced.
too pricey - posted on 07/09/2005
I booked the hotel to stay for 3 days. Everything costs here at this hotel: $15 breakfast, $10 for in-room internet service which only covers from 3 pm to 1 am. I wish their ad is straight and up-front instead of all the hidden costs. The cost of room varies like night and day. It's outrageously expensive.
What a fiasco - posted on 03/28/2005
Get a clue about how to remodel. Close the place down and don't subject your guests to your huge mess. Halls looked like move in day at dorms. If you have to turn off all the water at night, you need to close. Period. I'll never stay here again!
I wish there was something lower than 1!!! - posted on 03/25/2005
I had a horrible stay at this hotel and actually started with a 6 night reservation, checked out after the first night! Wallpaper peeling from the walls, rude staff, and a small room made my stay unbareable!
My experience... - posted on 02/28/2005
This is the worst hotel I have ever been to! People are friendly, but that doesn't mask the renovation it needs from the 70's. Everything is dirty! Don't stay here, trust me!
