Hotel Boheme is a throw back to a time when Kerouak and Ginsberg graced the San Fran streets, cafes and city lights book store.You will still find famous writers and artists calling this their favorite hotel in the Bay area. The service is top notch and your stay will be far more comfortable than the days of the starving artist. The decor is artistic with bold colors of the 1950's beatnik style and memorabilia of that era is found at every turn.The North beach location is central to all business and tourist attractions.

The 1950's North beach style is carried to every corner of this boutique hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable with quality linens and european funishings.Each room offers queen size beds,giant armoirs and bsitro style tables and chairs.The private bathrooms have all essentials including bath and shower. Modern ammenities like TV, Wi-Fi,and modem jacks are available in all guest rooms.

The friendly knowledgable staff at the front desk is available to you from 7am - 12pm and can direct you to coffee houses, theaters,restaurants and city tours and so on. They will cheerfully help you arrange airport transportation and directions to anywhere with in the city. ****From the East Bay—Coming over the Bay Bridge**** * Take the first or second exit and follow signs to Waterfront Embarcadero and turn left onto it. * Travel several blocks and then turn left onto Broadway—travel up the hill to Columbus. * Turn right on Columbus and go past Vallejo Street. * The Hotel is on your right, in the middle of the block, at 444 Columbus Avenue (next to Calzone’s Restaurant). ******From Highway 1—Coming from the South***** * Follow 1 north to 280 to 101 north, then follow directions from below— *****From the San Francisco Airport—Coming from the South/Highway 101***** * Follow 101 North. It will become Intersate 80. (You have no choice of direction.) * Take the 4th Street Exit. (Do not miss the exit or you will go over the Oakland - San Francisco Bay Bridge.) * Turn left at the bottom of the ramp onto Bryant Street. * Stay in the far right lane and go to the Waterfront Embarcadero. Turn left onto the Embarcadero. * Go several blocks and then turn left on Broadway and travel up the hill. * Turn right on Columbus and go past Vallejo Street. * The Hotel is on your right, in the middle of the block , at 444 Columbus Avenue (next to Calzone’s Restaurant). *****From the Golden Gate Bridge—Coming from the North/Highway 101***** * Follow 101 onto Lombard Street. * Turn left onto Van Ness Avenue. * Turn right onto Bay Street. * Turn right onto Columbus Avenue. * The Hotel is just past Green Street (multiple intersection) in the middle of the block on the left hand side, at 444 Columbus Avenue (next to Calzone’s Restaurant).
