Very pretty. Marble and gilt. They tie the extra roll of toilet paper with a pink ribbon. They provide terry robes. Although they offered free internet in the business center - as all of these hotels should - in fact they should all offer it in room - the room was tiny with only two cramped terminals and one fax machine. Restaurants were undistinguished visually. Only had breakfast which was fine but pricey.

Very pretty and well maintained if you like glitz.

The business center was a hoe in the wall.

I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again. It's in a quiet area (the financial district) but close enough to walk to Chinatown and North Beach. Metro bus just around the corner and I found parking in the St.George garage much less expensive and only 1 block away. There was afternoon real cranberry lemonade served with fresh apples in the lobby and the bed was extra super comfortable. The bath products were very nice and I particularly liked the hand soap (extra creamy). They offer 2 free beverages and a newspaper in the morning brought to your room at whatever time you like, and they offer turn down service. In my opinion this should be a 4star hotel.

Beautiful decor and extra friendly staff.

No free parking for guests.

First class hotel, extremely comfortable, clean and very elegant. Very nice, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, good coffee, fruit and cookies. Very nice workout room, with view, water, fruit. Could not ask for nicer hotel accommodations.

Excellent in every way, wonderful service, very nice helpful staff (very helpful, warm, friendly people). Just thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations.

Visitors to the Omni San Francisco will be delighted with the hotels' proximity to many of San Francisco's finest sites. The hotel is in Nob Hill, home to Lombardi Street, San Francisco's crookedest street. Guests can hop on a cable car and ride the streets of San Francisco down to Fisherman's Wharf. Here is the place to grab a bowl of clam chowder served in a sourdough bowl and watch the sea lions. From the wharf, guests can hop on a ferry and visit Alcatraz, home to the birdman (advance reservations are suggested) If visiting a former penal colony scares you, take a ferry across the bay to beautiful Tiburon. Here there are plenty of boutiques and fine restaurants. Union Square, the city's shopping mecca is just a short walk from the hotel. Business travelers will find themselves just minutes away from the Financial District. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

If you enjoy luxury this is the hotel for you. Conveniently located to most of San Francisco's attractions this is a wonderful hotel. Guest suites are comfortable and clean. The restaurant is a good choice for dining. The only negative is the internet cost "in rooms". Most guests indicate they will be back again.
