The rate is good for budget traveler and location is convenience to everywhere, the staff is very friendly.

If you're here solely for shopping. Affordable food choices are hard to find there. The Bart and bus stops are about 4 blocks from the hotel. Complimentary beverages and kettle should b available in the room. Approachable and friendly staff but housekeeper should remove footwear when tidying up rooms.
