The Beresford Arms is my favorite hotel, bar none. The staff are the best and I absoultely adore the wine and cheese social every evening. The staff treated us like ladies the whole way - I adore the staff

This once elegant hotel is starting to show its age but is still great fun for those who are on a budget but want to be in the prime tourist area. The rooms are large and clean with kitchenettes available. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is well appropriated. There is wireless internet in the lobby but not in the rooms. No hairdryer or A/C (which is rarely needed). We loved the real room key and figuring out what to do with a bidet.

This hotel is terrific. The staff was wonderfully helpful and courteous, the room we had was extremely spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a giant bathroom - and the price was excellent. I can't think of a bad thing to say about the Beresford Arms. The location is great, the staff exemplary, and the atmosphere, very friendly. Would stay there again, and do definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay especially the wine afternoons and the breakfast in the lobby which give the place a really friendly feel.
