Overall it was a great location and place to stay the hotel is definitely a 3 star hotel. I like it and would stay there again.

Very Clean and Classy most of the waitstaff was courteous.

Our check in staff did want to be bothered & there was no complimentary breakfast not even coffee.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assure that our family (wife and two infants) were taken care of and had a great time in the maze of streets that is san Francisco.

Conveniently near points on interest and the hotel staff was amazing.

Cost of parking overnight ($32/night).

This modern hotel with AAA 3-Diamond rating provides a host of state-of-the-art amenities for an enjoyable stay. All travelers were happy with its prime location. Many guests enjoyed a restful sleep in quiet spotless guest rooms. They also praised well-stocked bathrooms, modern in-room amenities, coffee / tea service, fully functional internet and knowledgeable polite staff. However, noise, old dated rooms and overbooking ticked some visitors off.
