although I didn't get the room I requested, the hotel staff was very nice and offered to bring up a rollaway bed. The rollaway bed was okay but the customer service of the staff was wonderful and made up for the bed inconvenience.

the hotel staff was very friendly and even brought out drinks for us since there was a wait to register

i didn't receive room with two beds that I requested. I called 2 days earlier and was assured I would get it.

We stayed at the hotel for my birthday and enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was awesome. They made sure we knew they were going as fast as they could while dealing with difficult guest. Even though we had a room right next to the elevator we never heard it.

The staff was awesome.

The driveway was small.

The hotel offers a host of modern amenities for convenience, comfort and confidence. A number of visitors were happy with comfortable clean and quiet rooms, breakfast at the onsite restaurant, gorgeous views, location and courteous friendly staff. They would not hesitate in staying here again. However, some guests were disappointed with uncomfortable beds, unclean small rooms, noise and spotty service.
