Nearby Union Square is a collection of boutiques, theaters and galleries. All guest rooms give visitors a view of the Bay Bridge and city skyline. Guests can stay fit on the road at the hotel's fitness center with spa, indoor heated pool and whirlpool. The hotel can facilitate business meetings and banquets. W cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel has two lounges where guests can enjoy a drink and relax. For those who like to be surround by hipness this hotel exudes it. Hotel decor is a whimsical Asian theme. Guests found rooms to be clean, comfortable and crisp. The rooms offer bright colors and a modern feel. Hotel staff is friendly and informative. While hotel prices are slightly expensive $8 for bottled water there is plenty of shopping nearby. However one business guest complained of the cost of internet access in a business room $500 for three days. The bar apparently has quite the nightlife scene. W hotel's neo classical design and interior decorating is inprired by San Francisco's art community. The hotel lobby is an octagonal, three-story area. Asian themes dominate the guest rooms. All rooms have internet access. The hotel bar and lounge offers guests a lively hip club scene. Room service and guest laundry is available. Conceirge service can take care of all reservations and needs. Car rental is available in the hotel.
