This is just a great place to stay and easy to get everywhere. Close to the cable car line and good places to eat close. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We wil definitely stay here again when we get back there.

My husband and I returned to the Petite for our second stay and we must say it was a grand stay. The service at the Petite is way above the standard. The Front Desk is exceptional whether it be for hotel information, reservations for dining or anything else they always have the right answer. Our room was perfect and the fireplace was even more enjoyable this trip. Breakfast was GREAT and to show how much we love this hotel we are coming back for our 37th Anniversary in April.

Quiet, yet central location offers a stay in walking distance to Union Square, as well as Trolly Cars for additional sigthseeing. Quaint Hotel perfect for a romantic get away.

The place is quaint, good old fashion comfort and service. Accessable to everything fun in San Francisco. the rooms are nicely appointed and the in room fireplace is heaven in the cool mornings and evenings. The Breakast is a real breakfast prepared on site with lots of variety. It is a charming, elegant and fun place to stay.

My husband and I stayed at this grand French Country Inn for 3 nights and so enjoyed the fireplace in our room that we're coming back next in 2006. The home made breakfast is absolutely wonderful, the wine is great and the people who operate this hotel are the best. The Petite Auberge is a wonderful experience thoroutly enjoyed!!

Great location, very reasonably priced for location and quality and thoroughly charming. The service was OUTSTANDING; friendly and helpful and always that little bit more than was required. Breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese were nice, as was the ever ready tea/coffee and availability of soft drinks and water. I will stay there again.
