This romantic classic Victorian Hotel has a great and helpful staff. They gave us directions to local restaurants and even handled our parking quickly. I will be staying there again.

Great customer service.

The elevator was a little scary, but worked every time.

Historic building, Very comfortable/homey atmosphere. Near everything but located on quiet corner. You also get free breakfast! Excellent staff.

I wish they had Wi-Fi available in the rooms. The rooms on the street side were loud because of construction.

We were so pleasantly surprised with the hotel, it was lovely! Nice glass of sherry and a cookie at 4 - good breakfast in the am. Free parking! Staff was friendly and helpful at all hours. We'll stay again often.

This hotel is like staying with your favorite (rather fancy) friends in the city!

Wireless internet needs a bit of improvement.
