It was a great experience for one day the bath/ toilet situation didn't bother me much but anything longer it would have.

Location, quality, staff friendliness, convenient.

Room bathroom/ shower was very small, the toilet didn't flush well.

The hotel looks a "bit" dated and the bathroom is definitely not a 4-star-standard. The room itself was nice and clean, but the air-condition made squeaking sounds, so that is a clear minus fur the room 528 and should not occur in a 4-star-hotel.As a conclusion can be said, that the best times for this hotel are over and that refurbishing is really in need, but the staff was friendly and the location in the financial district is good.

The location in SF Downtown.

The bathroom was very old and parking very expensive.
