Great location next to Fishermans Wharf in San Francisco. Expect to pay extra for parking at hotel--about $40/day which includes all in/out service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful, sharing even scissors from the front desk.

The parking price was high for even Fishermans Wharf.

Nice staff. Great location. Plastic flowers in center of roof a turnoff. Great, comfortable bed. Huge room. Second room was quiet.

Helpful staff sent engineer immediately to my room and when he could not resolve he changed my room, I did not have to do a thing.

Great hotel and convenient to everything in San Francisco. 2 streets over from pier so you can walk to everything. About 2 to 3 mile drive from golden gate bridge. Very close. You can hop a trolley to union square etc. It is in the heart of everything and it is a clean new updated hotel. Room is smaller than usual but this is san Francisco, your not there to stay in your room.

Nice hotel and convenient to Fisherman's Wharf. It's clean and 2 streets over from where everything is happening on the pier.

Rooms are a bit small with no view.

This plush conveniently located hotel provides an assortment of comforts for an enjoyable stay. Most of the visitors were delighted and would love to stay at the hotel again. They appreciated spotless rooms with good décor and cozy beds, sports bar/restaurant, buffet breakfast, location, views, and efficient and professional service. However, some guests griped about additional cost for parking, Internet, computer usage and phone calls. A few bathrooms lacked cleanliness.
