i went for new years eve party and had a great time in san francisco, and the hotel made it easy for me to check in and out very fast.

great location for catching the cable car or dining at a great restaurant along the Embarcadero. was here for business and got treated like it was vacation! thank you!

this hotel has the nicest staff, large rooms with great beds,and a great location 2 blocks from pier 39 and trolley lines and bus stops. we had a great time staying here

I had reserved a non-smoking room but they had none when I arrived so I was given a smoking room. Typical items such as ice bucket, glasses, were not provided and bathroom was not spotless. Many rooms are above a pedestrian alleyway that gets loud late-night traffic - bar crowd & the alley has a nice echo.

Loved this hotel! Quiet, peaceful, and CLEAN! Newly remodeled! Great breakfast! and loved the seating! Easy acsess to rooms, slight problem with room key, had to get a replacement. Very friendly staff! I am extremely picky and I was very satisfied at this hotel! You will not be disappointed!
