Room we got was tiny! Had to upgrade bc it was unacceptable. We could barely get around the bed it was so small. Of course they charged for that.
Beautiful and great location. The staff was freindly and helpful.
Lots of hidden charges. the gym isn't free. Parking is an outrageous $44/day!

Great location in the heart of Union Square. Rooms are in process of getting renovated so to the extent you have a renovated room you are getting a great deal. Staff is not very helpful and somewhat unfriendly.
Great location and stellar brand in industry. Hotel room was recently renovated. Major plus.

Conveniently located in the center of San Francisco, the Westin is a luxury home away from home. All guests loved its location. Many of them were happy with spacious elegantly appointed rooms, cozy beds, roomy bathrooms, city views, quality breakfast buffet and personalized customer service. However, high fee for business center, internet and parking was a major concern. Busy common areas, dirty rooms and rude staff ticked a few guests off.
