The 274-room San Francisco Marriott Fisherman s Wharf is a full-service hotel providing quality accommodation for both the business and leisure traveler. The pet-friendly, five-story property is within walking distance of all the Fishermans Wharf attractions and a short cable car ride from Union Square. The hotel has 7,000 square-feet of meeting space, which includes the Golden State Ballroom that can accommodate 250 guests. This Marriott gets many good reviews for its comfortable accommodation and the helpful and friendly employees at both the concierge desk and the front desk. The location, in Fishermans Wharf and only steps away for the citys cable cars, was a major attraction for tourists visiting the area. Several clients said it is worth spending a little more for the junior suites, which have a lot more space and a refrigerator. Those who complained about the high price of breakfast in the hotel discovered several good places to eat close to the property that were less expensive.
