The staff was friendly. The lobby was very nice, cozy and friendly. We were able to store our luggage before check-in. The restaurant connected with it was very good, especially for breakfast. Again the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were small and somewhat dark.
Staff very friendly and helpful, nice bar (free wine from 5:00-6:00), good location to Union Square and shopping.
Room were dark, the elevator did not work half the time and we were on 6th floor with my 84 year old mother. She had to walk down and up 6 floors.

Very close to Union Sq. and shopping, good restaurants and in general the place to be in SF. Rooms were clean and comfortable, AC and heater worked well. For a 3 star it was a very enjoyable stay. Staff was especially helpful. A+ for the staff.
Clean, very attentative staff. very comfortable.
Service in the restaurant was slow.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel that you will remember and want to return to for years to come. Guests love the artsy decor and European feel to the hotel. The hotel service is immpecable and rooms are quite comfortable.
