Good location, nice rooms. Great view from the upper floors. Parking lot on site was helpful.

Very close to The Fillmore Concert Hall.

The hotel is a solid two star hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near a MUNI bus stop. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. My only major complaint about the room was the level of cleanliness upon check in, dust bunnies were located in the bathroom and there were obvious stains in the carpeting. Staff were generally good. I would stay at this hotel again. All the hotels in the city were booked due to a golf tournament event in the city.

The Best Western Hotel Tomo with Japanese pop-style decorations, about fourteen miles from San Francisco International Airport, is minutes from Fillmore Auditorium, San Francisco Cable Cars, War Memorial Opera House, Geary Theater, Curran Theater, Union Square and Chinatown. The 100% non-smoking hotel is complete with a fitness center, gift shop, restaurant, cocktail lounge, guest laundry, parking, meeting space, special facilities for differently-abled guests and safety deposit boxes. Both fax and photocopy services are available for nominal fee. Front desk remains open round the clock. The hotel has multilingual staff.

This multi-storey hotel with AAA 2-Diamond rating offers all the basics for a comfortable stay. Most of the guests were satisfied with clean airy quiet rooms, cozy beds, functional bathrooms, food at the restaurant, parking, complimentary Wi-Fi and customer service. The hotel offered good value for the money spent. However, some visitors complained about spotty service, poor drainage and mold in bathrooms, out-of-order air conditioner units, broken in-room amenities and noise.
