Hotel has an excellent location and great customer service! I think the rooms could use a make over but they are very clean and nice.

Location was perfect and they were able to accommodate an early check-in.

Room was a bit outdated.

Great hotel, lives up to its name. Very modern, in the heart of the city. Reasonable city parking right across the street saves money. Not a bad room in the building.

I was very pleased with both the location and quality of the hotel. I booked the room last minute and got a great rate on a terrific room. Definitely recommend heading up to the Grandview Lounge on the 36th floor. The view is amazing and it was never crowded.

It would be nice if the hotel offered a shuttle to SFO airport.

This downtown plush Hyatt offers a complete range of deluxe facilities for an enjoyable business and holiday trip. Most of the guests were happy with location, clean well-appointed rooms, service, views and breakfast. However, high cost of parking was a big concern for almost all guests. A few visitors were annoyed because their room preferences were ignored; and old and mal-functioning in-room amenities spoiled their stay.
