The hotel was great. Just a few adjustments my family would like to see. 1. microwave and refrig in rooms 2. free internet access 3. parking should be free. They don't tell you that its a $12 per night charge. Should be free to all staying guests.

Was OK until I left it. I had a problem with the reservation charge and two weeks after I still have not got my money back... I have been more that responsible providing all the necessary information, but is something like politics... You chose them already... who matters what happens next. The communication between the hotel and me has not be the one that I am sure Sheraton owners are expecting from them. Very noisy hotel, have to walk far to get something to eat. The only thing I truly liked was the restauran and it variety menu.

We were in San Diego for a quick, relaxing getaway. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and helped with directions and recommendations. We had a great time relaxing by the pool.

They were extremely helpful in driving our family to the zoo and sea world at no cost. It would have costed a small fortune getting a cab driver. The staff was very kind and helpful, and friendly.

Waited over 30 minutes to check in. Booked and paid on-line two weeks in advance! Tried to say I booked a smoking room, which I did not and put us in one anyway! Said if we booked on line next time, to call the hotel and make sure I state "no smoking". Very disappointed. This place needs to review their service satisfaction policy.

The building is old and worn. The bathrooms are tiny. They charge you $7/night to park your car on the property.

We stayed 3 nights the room was great. Wonderful bed, very quiet. Bathroom was a bit small. The bell desk went out of their way to shuttle us from Sea World, to Old Town and to the pier where were left on a cruise. Would stay again if I ever get a chance to get to San Diego.

My family stayed here for one night, The price was cheap, but we were VERY pleased with the room. I would definitely stay here again
