The 178-room Holiday Inn Rancho Bernardo is located in a valley surrounded by majestic hills in an area noted for its golf courses and wineries. The three-story pet-friendly hotel has facilities to suit both the business traveler and families on vacation. Items included with the room rate are wireless high-speed Internet access, an expanded continental breakfast, shuttle to offices within a five-mile radius, parking, local telephone calls and a morning newspaper. The inn is the closest full-service hotel to the San Diego Wild Animal Park. The property has six meeting rooms for business and social events. The largest can handle up to 200 guests.

All the guest rooms, and 25 suites, have a large work desk with wireless high-speed Internet access, kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven. Other amenities include cable television with movie channels, pay-per-view movies, hairdryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and two-line telephone with voicemail.

The inn’s Elephant Bar and Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and room service is available from 6.30am until 9pm. The hotel shuttle to nearby offices operates on weekdays from 7am until 10pm. The inn has a complimentary fitness center, and an outdoor heated swimming pool and spa. There is a guest laundry on site and the inn offers a same-day dry cleaning service. The business center has a computer, printer and fax and copying facilities. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on local events and attractions.
