I couldn't stand staying in this hotel for more than a night, but my co-worker was too lazy to switch hotels and started getting bitten by bed bugs in her sleep. The hotel washed the sheets but it didn't help. Traveler beware!

This hotel is actually very nice for the low price... It has a really nice appearance inside and out. Good service. Plenty of free parking. My only complaint is that the shower/tub was very small. Minutes to downtown, gaslamp areas.

I was given a very small room on the second floor (no elevator for heavy luggage). It was late at night and I was too tired to ask for a change. I realized however, that those clients who complained WERE given better rooms. Why not give good rooms in the first place?! Breakfast was not included, which makes the room for the quality that it provided, overpriced. Cleaning was inconsistant, as sometimes I would get too many towels and other times not enough.

Very bad choice of hotel. Service was poor. Staff was not helpful and ill informed. Said my phone wiring was crossed when it was the front desk's ignorance of how to reset the PBX system, resulting in two nights of disco red lights blinking "message waiting" in error. Awful place. Won't come back...EVER!!!

Great location, very friendly staff. Grounds are pretty, nice landscaping. Needs more parking by buildings. Rooms are nothing fancy, just your standard room. Bathroom was very clean. I was traveling by myself and felt safe staying there.

Room was clean and furnishings up-to date and attractive. Our standard room included a double bed and was fairly small. Could clearly hear word-for-word what people in rooms left, right, and outside were saying. Nice water pressure in bathrooms.

We only stayed here because it was part of a pre-paid package with a price too good to refuse! Housekeeping with lousy... no clean sheets, had to request clean glasses, mold issues, cobwebs... Pool was good, free parking, close to everything, but would not stay again.

Room was small but clean. Great shower (good pressure/hot water) Beds were comfortable! Great location.
