This hotel is just a short hop off the freeway and conveniently located near beaches, downtown, attractions. When you pull into the parking lot, it does look like an ordinary hotel. After checking in, we found there were a lot of nice "extras" that made the hotel a great value, and contributed to our enjoyable stay. Free high-speed Internet, complimentary continental breakfast, free parking next to the room, were some of the benefits we enjoyed.
Close to freeways, complimentary breakfast, free high speed Internet, clean, affordable.
Classless guests in different neighboring rooms heard cussing excessively on several instances.

I was very satisfied with the hotel itself they updated and landscaped the area very nicely. Unfortunately the location is scary for a single person to be in. My opinion, they need to have a police substation across the street. Next to the star bucks or CVS. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
The service, assistance by employees, the room was much updated and clean & pleasant room service was excellent.
Overall safety location was not the best. Street needed more lights.

Very nice remodeled facility. Shuttle service available to sea world. Large rooms. Friendly personal. Helpful maps. We were pleased with the price and condition of the facility.
Newly remodeled, clean large rooms.
Thin walls, could hear next door.

Staying here made a lot of families happy. They loved the location, price and friendly staff. Former guests said the prices were below comparable properties in San Diego which did not have such a good location close to the attractions. Tip from former clients: Get a top floor room if you can. Many of the lower floor guests said they had a problem with noise from neighbors. Those staying above said it was less of a problem.
