We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency. It was close to the interstate, shopping and restaurants.

We loved every second.Everything we wanted. Definitely worth your time and money. Good sized bathroom; plenty of beds;great view and friendly service. I would definitely stay there again. 5 Stars.

With a the terrible Front Desk staff, dingy rooms, housekeeping that does a poor job and management that don't call back for five hours, this is not just one of the worst Hyatt properties, it's among the worst in Sacramento. Even as a Hyatt Gold Passport Platinum member, the service is poor. I can't imagine how poor the experience is for others.

A wedding party erupted into an hysterial wife screaming and crying for an hour outside our room and security was unable to handle the situation. There was also a situation on another floor. Unless they patrol/respond better, this very nice hotel risks its reputation.

Unlike most Hyatt's, this Hyatt did not provide a good customer experience. The food was poor and there were lines everywhere since the hotel was understaffed. The hotel was beautiful but I would not recommend it.

It was hard to beleive that wi-fi would cost $9.95 a day! The bed needed to be flipped since it was sagging on the side of the reading light.

Our thansgiving weekend at Hyatt Regency in Sacramento was great. The Hyatt room is spacious and they offer high quality food. The food was very fresh and delicious. The whole family could not believe the variety of food and best of all chocolate fountain. To top everything off, our teenage son who loves basketball had a glimpse of two Toranto Raptors NBA players during our stay. Thank you for a successful thanksgiving feast at the Hyatt Regency. Wonderful Hotel right across from the State Capitol Building. Good service and nice people working there. Very happy with the hotel, and would go there again anytime.

I was surprised as a guest at the hotel they still charged you $12.00 a day to park in their garage.

Our son is terminally ill and is at the Sutter Oaks facility which is only about a mile away. We live in Orange County and this was our first time in Sacramento.We cannot say enough about the Hotel accomodations, friendly staff, superb food and reasonable room rate. Thank you, we will be back soon.
