The grounds were very beautiful as well as the rooms. The staff was knowledgeable about eateries and excellent directions.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Our waitress in the hotel's restaurant, at breakfast, was so sweet and an excellent waitress. Although the food was a bit too expensive it was a pleasurable experience.
The beds were very comfortable, which is so important to us.
The vending machine on the 9th floor took our money and gave nothing.

Rooms have views of the Capital, park or cathedral and the least expensive come with two double beds and a fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer. Amenities include a work desk with Internet access, satellite TV with pay-per-view movies, telephone with voice mail, electronic door locks, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and minibar. The more expensive business plan rooms and suites have refrigerators. Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk.
