Typical upscale, comfortable hotel. Parking easy, did not use any food service or conference amenities. The beds in this chain of hotels are nice.

Although our room did not have a good view, it was spacious and very clean. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I made use of a complimentary shuttle service that took you to locations within 5 miles of the hotel. The young Irish woman Megan who drove me was delightful. We ate several meals in the hotel restaurant and were very impressed with the quality, ambiance and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Soleil restaurant was wonderful.

The concierge was not readily available.

Clean, comfortable, typical Sheraton. In room fridge is a nice touch.

Great location, close to Paseo Colorado.

This place is close to the downtown area and downtown LA making it the most convenient choice if you have to go to LA the whole time you are in California. Apart from its convenience however, this hotel has a long list of amenities and this includes an outdoor heated pool, a health club, a gift shop, an onsite restaurant and bar among other amenities. The service in this place is exemplary, youd wonder why its not a 4-star.
