Overall this is a good value priced hotel. Internet access was nice, and included in room rate, staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean. I would stay here again on business for the same rate. I need a substantial breakfast and wasn't overjoyed by the breakfast.
Grounds were nice, hotel looked nicely painted.
Shower water valve leaked, and the continental breakfast was a bit lacking, coffee was bad.

Enjoyed our stay.
Good location, clean and nice, and enjoyable experience.
The TV. broke on our last evening stay (Saturday) and the hotel was not able to fix it. (They said it needed to wait until Monday).

This is an ideal hotel for travelers on a budget. That is the opinion of several guests who have stayed at the Quality Inn and appreciated the reasonable rates and comfortable, clean rooms. Some guests were disappointed with the service they received while others found the staff to be efficient and friendly. The location is good, close to Pasadena’s attractions, and most clients say this will be their hotel of choice on future visits to the area.
