Hotel was ok. I was expecting it to be a little nicer. I was disappointed that my room was right above the ac control units for the whole hotel which was very noisy all night long. Very disturbing.

This is a very nice hotel in very good physical condition. The location couldn't be better for someone visiting Pasadena.

Guests to this hotel come for the convenient location and luxury atmosphere, but they return for the excellent service and beautifully decorated rooms. Visitors rave about the on site restaurant, which specializes in California cuisine and serves a variety of unique flavors three meals a day. Because this is an older hotel, the rooms are a little small by today's standards, but the location, just blocks from Pasadena's quaint downtown, more than makes up for it.
