One of the best nights' sleep I have gotten in a long time while in a hotel! We loved the soft bedding and the flavored water served in the lobby. A very nice hotel for the price we paid!

The beds, pillows and linens were so soft!

The water from the faucets tasted terrible, and bottled water too expensive!

Very good location and very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Bar is nice although rarely anyone in it on weekends.

Very nice rooms and very good service. One of the nicest hotel in Palo Alto in my opinion.

Restaurant a little pricey. Otherwise all was fine.

This hotel has been around a long time. It was popular in the 1950s and it remains popular today. Needless to say it has been modernized several times to make it more efficient and suitable for the 21st century. The rooms here are spacious, a little expensive, but luxurious and comfortable. Most guests say the service is excellent and the elegant surroundings make it a hotel you will want to return to again and again.
