Staff was very friendly, maid service was great, we didn't have them clean the room because we had a sick child, but they provided all we needed and were very accommodating. It was quiet, off of the main thoroughfare, and centrally located. Very close to the Palo Alto Medical Foundation that we were attending. Also close to restaurants and conveniences. We were very impressed. My husband called it a motel version of the Hyatt.
Accommodations were very good; staff & maid service was very helpful, centrally located.
Continental breakfast could have been better.

All the rooms have high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and telephone with voicemail. The executive rooms had the added benefit of a separate living area and a full size refrigerator. Handicap accessible rooms and non-smoking rooms are available.

This inn has a business center and offers a valet cleaning service. The 24-hour front desk has information on area events and attractions. Other amenities include daily housekeeping and ice and vending machines. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here. Clean, quiet and inexpensive: That’s how several guests summed up their stay at this Quality Inn. The rooms were well equipped and the cheerful crew of employees knew all the best places to shop and dine in the area.
