About the Caliente Tropics Resort

The Caliente Tropics Resort is a Tiki and Polynesian styled hotel with a tropical island atmosphere prominently displayed. The hotel features a large swimming pool to plunge into, cabanas to enjoy a deep massage, spa services to pamper guests in whichever manner they choose. The property includes a poolside lawn for some family fun while grilling some lunch at one of the various barbeques. If you need a place to conduct business or arrange a banquet, the 250 person capacity indoor/outdoor space is available for you to arrange in whatever manner you’d like.

Hotel is older, but beds and rooms are very comfortable as well as very clean and well kept. The hotel is well decorated. Pool and grounds are great. Fun for the family - great if you are looking to spend quality time together. Hotel prices are very fair, but it is more of a motel than a resort. Staff is friendly and pretty helpful. Turn LEFT onto S EL CIELO RD.
Turn RIGHT onto E ESCOBA DR.
Turn RIGHT onto E PALM CANYON DR.
Continue to arrival at 411 E Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92264

FROM LOS ANGELES
Total Distance: 106.2 Miles - Estimated Total Time: 1 hour, 50 minutes
Take interstate 10 East to Highway 111/Palm Springs Exit.
After entering Palm Springs, Hwy111 Becomes Palm Canyon Drive- continue south through Downtown.
Keeping the mountains on your right continue on Palm Canyon staying in the right lane.
There will be a large curve - continue and you will see us on your right hand side at 411 East Palm Canyon Drive after La Casita Restaurant.

FROM PHOENIX:
Total Distance: 267 Miles - Estimated Total Time: 4 hours, 9minutes
West on 10 take the Gene Autry Exit.
Continue pass Vista Chino and then pass Ramon which will ends at Hwy. 111 or Palm Canyon Drive.
Take a right at Palm Canyon. Once you pass Sunrise Way, the next light is Camino Real and we will be on your left at 411 East Palm Canyon Drive.

FROM SAN DIEGO
Total Distance: 137 Miles - Estimated Total Time: 2 hours, 30 minutes
Depart San Diego, California, and get onto I-15 (Escondido Fwy) going north.
Keep RIGHT onto I-215 (Escondido Expy) towards I-215 / Riverside / San Bernardino.
Make a RIGHT on Ramp towards CA-74 / Perris / Lake Elsinore.
LEFT onto SR-74 (Redlands Ave).
RIGHT onto South Perris Blvd.
Turn RIGHT (East) onto Sunnymead Blvd, then immediately turn LEFT (North) onto Ramp.
Merge onto SR-60 (Moreno Valley Fwy).
Take Ramp (LEFT) onto I-10 (San Bernardino Fwy) towards Beaumont.
At I-10 SR-111 Exit, turn RIGHT onto Ramp.
