Customer Reviews for Spa Resort Casino

Almost Vegas! - posted on 01/28/2005

This hotel is on the site of the original bath house and still has the original natural hot spring that they named Palm Springs after - plus a great casino with gourmet restaurant and buffet. OUR FAVORITE HOTEL IN P.S.!

Fun Vacation - posted on 03/30/2006

I love this place. It has everything I want. I take my family there 4 times a year. We all love it there. The only problem is kids can't eat in the casino and there is no game room for the kids. That's all.

Not too shabby - posted on 03/29/2007

We were surprised how nice the rooms were for the price. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean, and having two sinks was a real bonus. The continental breakfast was nice too.

Poor customer service - posted on 11/07/2006

I had a nice, spacious room, and the hotel was clean and had several amenities. However, I would never stay there again. I don't think that I'm demanding when it comes to customer service, but especially when I'm paying over $300 for a room, I do expect a friendly greeting at the front desk and at least a sincere effort to help answer my questions at the concierge's desk.

Very clean, nice hotel. Fun casino across the street. Nice balcony attached to room. Going back soon!

Downtown Palm Springs - posted on 04/22/2006

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. The resort is across the street from the casino which is a short trolley ride or walk. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Price was steep for mid week, but it felt like a getaway and was worth it.
