I stayed there for 15 days and the only complaint I have is that the bed was a little firm. The staff was very helpful and housekeeping did a great job. I would definitely stay there again.

This property is clean and attractive with comfortable rooms. Pool area is very nice and breakfast more than adequate.

We had an enjoyable stay at the PS Ramada. The rooms are recently renovated with nice amentites.

Great value for the price, they went the second mile to be helpful. I would return and recommend. When the spa was being repaired and the water was cold they raised the temp of the main pool. Two great resturants within short walking distance of hotel.

Close to the action and not too far from a Starbucks! Beds were nice and comfy. Would stay here again.

This hotel was fine, rooms were great. Pool was clean but could use some work to make it look nicer. It looks like a new one is being built.

The visit to the hotel was wonderful. I didn't expect too much of the room, but wow, the room was very nice. The best part of the room was the bed. It was the most comfortable bed out of all the hotels I've been to so far. The room was very clean and the service there was good also. One thing that got to me was the pool. It needed cleaning fast. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely go again.

Only stayed one night in the area, but were happy with the hotel. It had a nice pool area that we took advantage of. Close to nice restaurants and shops. Ride on the tram is certainly a must.

need to update the matresses, when they start sqeeking as soon as you even sit on them, means they need to be changed

I took my husband and our 2 daughter for a weekend of swimming and a movie. The pool is fine, good continental breakfast but the beds needs some serious work. But hey I figured we got our monies worth for location (Pizza Hut and Movie theater nearby).

Young woman at desk was friendly and responsive. Location centrally located to downtown. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Rooms were clean, nice, w/fridge, cable. Good free cont. breakfast, lots of fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, etc.

Hiotel had friendly employees, a fair price and good location. Needed much more comforatble beds.

The ventilation in the room was poor. The wall a/c unit created a smelly environment and the room was too humid. The window didn't open. However, the service was good and the breakfast buffet was nice.
