No room guide, no way to hook to the high speed internet, "Re-use towel" policy not followed, local calls at long distance rates, etc. etc.

Great place, nice rooms. I cant see staying here for a vacation but it is great if you are using the airport or for a business meeting where you need to bring people to a great place near an airport

Very nice hotel, especially for the price, walking distance to restaurants,convention center. Close to airport. Poolside service. Hot breakfast on weekends.Near freeway, central location.

We asked multiple times for linens for the sofa bed over a 10-hour period (yes)! After 11 p.m., a bellman who appeared drugged and very confused brought some (not all) linen. Other staff were not helpful either.

Excellent breakfast -- nice balance of help-yourself with order-and-be-served. Rooms are great. Front desk personnel helpful and professional. Slight confusion with another hotel with similar name across the street. Mid-range price. Next time in this area, we will stay here!
