The front desk and bar staff were very good. The hotel's one weakness is that there are no mid-price places to eat in the area. There is gourmet food at the hotel and fast food down the street. If the hotel had a third restaraunt that catered to the late arriving budget concious business client it would better serve guests and have no compettion in the area.

Recommended for the business traveler and for those preferring a peaceful environment than the hub-bub of some other chain hotels. Chocolate chip cookies are great extra.

Business-like environment and staff efficiency.

Like to have a heat lamp in bathroom (minor issue).

The Doubletree Hotel Ontario Airport, the largest hotel of Ontario, is situated next to the Ontario Convention Center. Fontanas California Speedway, Victoria Gardens, IMAX Theatre, Arnold Palmer Golf Course and the Ontario Mills Mall are easily accessible from the property. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle from and to the Ontario Mills Mall and the Ontario International Airport to save time and money of the guests. This 3 Diamond AAA pet-friendly hotel in the heart of Southern California offers much more than a good nights sleep. Almost all guests were impressed with everything and would love to stay here again. They appreciated pleasant staff, spotless spacious rooms with comfy beds, breakfast, price, cocktail lounge, parking, delicious cookies, location, Internet, pool area and free shuttle. However, a few guests grumbled about poor service, noise and strong smell of cleaning products.
