Fan in the room was so loud I had a hard time sleeping. It kicked on every half hour. There was no coffee pot in the room and when we called the front desk for one they brought 2 coffee cups. Small mistake; no harm no foul. Your personnel are very polite and pleasant. Everything else was superb.

i was very worried after reading other reviews. i asked for an inside room and heard NO noise whatsoever!! the rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. lots of parking. great restaurants and gym facilities.will stay there again in a heartbeat

Service is horrible!!! We had simple requests that never followed through. Check-in was an hour late and we had to sit around and wait. Our 4 rooms were missing a bed each. We were offered 4 cots for no charge, yet when we went back after being out all day and night.. they tell us they ran out. On top of that, there is no 2nd elevator so the treck to the back rooms would be a long walk.

We've stayed here five or six times over the past three years. New floorcoverings throughout, good rooms, comfy beds....and the train noise isn't so bad if you ask for an inside room. Location is great. Pool area and weight room are very good.

The train noise was so bad that I have check out by 3 am in the morning and look for other hotel. The location is too close to the train track and I am not sure if the hotel (or hotels in the area) can petition to have the train not running through (at least without the horn blowing) throughout the night.

Nice clean hotel,good facilities and conveniently located.Unfortunately,along one side of the hotel is a train track and the airport which can be quite noisy but didn't bother me too much.I would have no problem staying there again.

If you don't mind being interupted by the train running by every 15 minutes throughout the night, then it is not a bad property.
